▶ PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
HDA436T/HDA437T is a new-generation digital MEMS dynamic tilt sensor by RION Technology. It measures roll, pitch, and azimuth for moving carriers, ideal for tilt measurement in motion or vibration. Featuring high-precision acceleration and gyro sensors with a Kalman filter, it delivers real-time motion data. Optional outputs include RS485, RS232, and TTL, offering strong scalability.
The sensor uses a non-contact measurement principle to provide real-time attitude and tilt data without tracking relative surface changes. Integrated high-precision AD and gyro units compensate for nonlinearity, orthogonal coupling, temperature drift, and centrifugal acceleration, reducing errors caused by motion interference and enhancing dynamic accuracy.
With dual-mode (dynamic/static) measurement and robust electromagnetic resistance, it operates reliably in harsh industrial environments with high shock and vibration. Perfect for industrial automation and motion attitude measurement.
