▶ GENERAL DESCRIPTION
HCA796L is a small-volume high-precision dual-axis inclinometer developed by RION Technology for industrial field control. It is professionally used in industrial engineering industries such as foundation pit tilt measurement, monitoring, and bridge inspection. Strong stability, high accuracy, excellent temperature drift performance, long-term stability is less than 0.01 degrees. At the same time, the roll angle and pitch angle of the sensor can be solved through the 5th order filtering algorithm and the compound calculation of the 3-axis gravity. Each product corrected by the error of the three-axis cross axis through a multi-sided turntable inside the factory to ensure that the product has the smallest influence between the measuring axes when the product is in a large range. The product has a built-in RS485 interface, and the interface integrates a protection circuit to ensure that it will not affect the 485 bus. The power supply also uses multi-level voltage regulation and overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuits. The product belongs to a real industrial grade product with reliable performance and good scalability, suitable for various harsh industrial control environments.

▶ MEASURING DIRECTIONS
The installation must guarantee the product bottom is parallel to measured face,and reduce the influence of dynamic and acceleration to the sensor. This product can be installed horizontally or mounted vertically , for installation please refer to the following scheme.
▶ PRODUCTION INSTALLATION NOTES
Please follow the correct way to install tilt sensor, incorrect installation can cause measurement errors, with particular attention to the "surface", "line"::1)The Sensor mounting surface and the measured surface must be fixed closely, smoothly, stability,if mounting surface uneven likely to cause the sensor to measure the angle error.
2) The sensor axis and the measured axis must be parallel ,the two axes do not produce the angle as much as possible.

Communication format: Format: 1 start bit, 8 data bits, no parity bit, 1 stop bit; the default baud rate is 9600.
